frESCO for Sustainable Places 2021 – Poster Exhibition
Without addressing environment issues at the building, district and urban scale including transport and energy infrastructures is not possible to reach the sustainability targets and climate change objectives.
Renowned for showcasing results coming out of the EU Horizon 2020 Framework Programme via the participation of research and innovation projects, Sustainable Places provides a platform for the dissemination of research, the conduct of workshops, EU project clustering and networking between stakeholders that operates in this fields.
The 9th edition of Sustainable Palces, took place in a hydbrid format, from the 28th September to 1st October, with the in-person sessions hosted in Rome, Italy.
frESCO had the pleasure of participating through the display of its poster to get the stakeholders and actors of the residential sector closer to the project and to show how the Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) proposed by ESCOs and aggregators typically to the industrial and tertiary sectors can also be adapted to this field.
The project poster has been shown physically and virtually on the Sustainable Places exhibition area to make the public aware of the project and its objectives, reaching out to international audiences within and beyond the EU.
The poster wants to spread in an impactful way a clear message: it describes the general concept of the project, with a major focus on the main interventions which define the energy services packages and their correlation with the innovative business models. The project website and the social media channels are shown, in order to stimulate the event participants to become part of the frESCO community and keep updated with the project news and contribute to its development by sharing points of view and expectations.
The participation in Sustainable Places represented an excellent opportunity for frESCO and its dissemination targets.
